The Compliance Monitoring Management is a crutial and highy demanding activity.

To ensure that the organisation continues to meet all requirements of the EASA Part-ORO.GEN.200 and the EASA Part-ORA.GEN.200 and other applicable Parts, the (AOC, NCC or the ATO) Accountable Manager should designate a Compliance Monitoring Manager. With regard to the size and the complexity of the organisation, the Civil Aviation Authority can accept a Compliance Monitoring Manager « sharing ».

To comply with the high level of expertise and qualifications required by the EASA Part-ORO.GEN.200 and by the EASA Part-ORA.GEN.200, we at IXO Aviation, are ready to supply your Aviation Organisation with full Compliance Monitoring Management support including full range of audits.

HOW DOES IT WORKS ?
IXO Aviation will dedicate a Compliance Monitoring Manager to your AOC or NCC or ATO with the required qualifications and fields of expertise.

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES :
Ensures that your AOC, NCC or ATO’s activities are monitored for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements and standards; Ensures that activities are being carried out properly under the supervision of the relevant head of the respective functional area;

Performs all audits and inspections. The Compliance Monitoring Manager could appoint one or more auditors by choosing personnel having the related competence from within or outside AOC, NCC or ATO’s;

Ensures that the corrective actions / follow up are duly recorded and updated on the Posholder Item List; Organizes the periodic Postholder meeting (every three months).

RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Compliance Monitoring Manager is responsible to ensure that the compliance monitoring program is properly implemented, updated, continually reviewed and improved;

The Compliance Monitoring Manager is responsible to call upon the Accountable Manager arbitrage to stop or prohibit any operation considered to be non-compliant.

AUTHORITY :
Regarding compliance matters, the Compliance Monitoring Manager has direct access to the Accountable Manager and appropriate senior and middle management ;

The Compliance Monitoring Manager has access to all departments of AOC, NCC or ATO, and, if necessary, any contracted organization.

The SAFETY MANAGER is a crutial and highy demanding activity.

The organisation should identify a person who fulfils the role of Safety Manager and who is responsible for coordinating the Safety Management System (SMS). With regard to the size and the complexity of the organisation, the Civil Aviation Authority can accept a Safety Manager « sharing ».

The Safety Manager is responsible for providing guidance and direction for the planning, implementation and operation of fleXsim’s Safety Management System. The Safety Manager reports directly to the Accountable Manager.

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES :
Facilitates hazard identification and risk analysis; Monitors the implementation of mitigation actions and evaluate their results;

Provides periodic reports on Safety Performance; Ensures updates of Safety Management Documentation; Ensures that Safety Management Training available for all personnel; Provides advice on safety matters;

Ensures initiation and follow-up of internal occurrence or accident investigations;

Actively promotes Safety Policy of your AOC, NCC or ATO; Acts as secretary for SRB/SAG; Provides and articulates information regarding safety issues within the organisation.

Assists in the continuous improvement of the hazard identification and safety risk assessment schemes and the organization’s SMS. Builds and maintains an excellent working relationship with the organization’s Safety Action Group (SAG) and within the safety services office (SSO).

Represents the organisation on government, international organization and industry committees (e.g. DGAC, ICAO, IATA, CAA, AIB, etc.). Analyses technical data for trends related to hazards, events and occurrences.

Effectively utilizes applicable processes and procedures to fulfill roles and responsibilities.

Investigates opportunities to increase the efficiency of processes. Measures the effectiveness and seeks to continually improve the quality of processes.
